The Scientist pathway embodies the energy of the scientific method, objectively establishing facts through testing and experimentation.

During these 4 months you'll design a hypothesis, test that hypothesis through 3 distinct channels, and then build the framework and first rendition of your new transformative offer or product.

The Shopkeeper pathway is where all the pieces come together and fall into place. You’ve validated and built your offer or product. You’ve developed an ethical marketing plan complete with a nurtured audience to it share with. Now it’s time to sell. But we're not interested in just following anyone's sales strategy. We're looking for something unique, and designed just for you. 

The Shopkeeper pathway balances the trial and error energy of a scientist with the flow, agility, and creativity of an artist.

During this 4-month journey you’ll work intimately with the curriculum and Emily to design and implement a sales strategy that’s unique to you, your business, and your goals. The shopkeeper track is the most advanced of the three tracks and involves the most 1:1 time with Emily due to its high level of personalization. It's also only applicable if you've truly validated your offer and built a nurtured audience (it doesn't have to be a big one!) to sell to. 

The Shopkeeper pathway highlights:

✔️ Weigh the pros and cons of live launching versus building an evergreen sales system, learn the ins and outs of each and determine which are right for you now

✔️ Build sales assets (sales pages, marketing emails, webinars, and so much more) in a way that feels sustainable, fun, and in alignment with who you really are

Commerce, trading, bartering, exchanging goods and services for money has been around for thousands of years. 

Modern capitalism on the other hand only emerged in the early 19th century. 👀

I want you to have a business that makes enough money to meet your needs and the needs of the folks who depend on you. 

What I don't want is to be supporting the growth of businesses that are using exploitation (of self, others, and the environment) to generate revenue. 

I do believe there is such thing as enough. I denounce empire building, exploitative marketing and sales tactics, and what's called the growth imperative. 

All this to say, I want you to make money in your business. AND, I will always put people and the environment over profit.

Great question. First, let's talk about what capitalism is. The primary (singular) motive of capitalism is to make more capital. 

Capitalism champions efficiency, streamlining, cutting costs, and increasing profits. 

Being an anti-capitalist business means caring about alllllllllllll of the other things that matter: people, impact, the environment, mutual aid, collective liberation, community needs, your health, family, art, culture, hobbies, rest...

Anti-capitalist businesses care about things other than individual wealth-building. Anti-capitalism promotes collective liberation and collective welfare, meaning its primary focus is our NEEDS.

In business, it's the belief and practice of knowing that you can move mountains when you care about everyones' needs, instead of just your own.

Anti-capitalist businesses refuse to exploit their audience, their clients, their teams, the environment, and themselves in order to make ends meet.

I created M4M because I was struggling to find a space that was going to prioritize people over profit in business. Everywhere I looked for business support the #1 focus was profit...how do we increase profit while cutting costs?

I knew there were other things that mattered more to me than profit and there were moments in business where I was actively choosing a less profitable way because it was more aligned with my needs and values. I wanted a support network that mirrored that need. 

So, you might want an anti-capitalist business coach if:

• you don't believe business is inherently exploitative and you want some support building an ethical and sustainable business. 
• you've felt gross, unheard, frustrated, and lost in other business spaces that really only cared about how much money you were making. 
• you're not looking for endless growth, but aren't totally sure always what your north star should be if it's not "growth". 
• you'd like to be done with people pleasing, endless sacrifice, hustling, grinding, pulling yourself up by your bootstraps, being "scrappy", and going at it alone. 
• you're looking for a space that supports critical thinking skills and doesn't apply one-size-fits-all promises of success.
